DREAM Charter School knows that our students reach their full potential when their families are active partners in their children's education. That is why we provide families with multiple opportunities to be involved in our school.
DREAM works hard to ensure that its families share a voice in the ongoing development of the school community and culture. DREAM hosts typical family-teacher conferences and in addition, offers regular potluck dinners in the school's cafeteria and encourages families to attend a weekly community breakfast gathering in which they have the opportunity to meet with the school's teachers and staff.
Moreover, the DREAM Family Action Council (DFAC) meets monthly and provides a forum for parents and staff to gather and openly discuss relevant issues and plans for upcoming community events.
